In our modern world of distraction and distortion we have drifted away from our connection to Nature energies. We sense a loss. There is a perception of separation that leaves us grieving for the natural flow of Nature-Source energy. Our sense of belonging feels fractured. It is just a perception though.
Our souls know that we remain connected. Our souls have never forgotten that we belong to the whole of original Source, not because of who we are, but just because we are.
In our Shamanic Dreamtime workshops we journey back to that sense of connection and belonging. That sense of knowing that we are accepted unconditionally. Knowing that we are never alone. We journey close to the mountains, deep in the desert and alongside the ocean.

Although one guiding theme is stillness, quiet and sometimes silence, these are not silent retreats. The main theme is joy. There will be laughter and sharing of stories; there will be evenings around a firepit connecting as sister-souls who are travelling a uniquely challenging earthbound journey. These retreats are our chance to celebrate ourselves and each other as resilient women warriors. Our chance to be supported as we lay down the bag of rocks we were asked to carry from birth, and remember who we are. Our chance to remember that we are here to experience this, but we are not THIS. And, by reaching and journeying beyond this, we get to remember us, the totality of us, as original joy.
All of our retreats open a safe space for you to stretch your wings and fly free into Shamanic realms. We connect with nature, inviting you to remember again that we are one. The earth's silence will draw you in. The energy of the sister group, along with the stillness around, will hold you uninterrupted as you explore.
Our journeys are not about healing wounds, yours or ancestral. They are not about self-discovery and growing. They are not about integrating your shadow self and acceptance. All of which are valuable. All of which are part of the greater human-spirit journey, with many powerful healers available for help in that space. Here though, in the stillness of nature's energy, you will simply be Spirit Energy connecting to Source Spirit Energy. You will get to be not you, and yet all you. If you choose.

Our Flight of the Crone storytelling retreats are a space of expression and creation for all elder women who have walked a chosen spiritual path and who have stories that need to be quietly shared. Where the loudest voices have become the only voices, the whispered wisdoms have become lost in the storm. Our storytelling retreats create the calm and make the space for these whispered wisdoms, not amplifying but quietly allowing them to reverberate far and wide. Our Nature-Spirit Connection workshops offer a space for you to connect deeply with Nature energies and, beyond these energies, to Source. What you experience here is your sacred relationship with the energies that you encounter, as you explore and absorb the wonders of Nature that are revealed.
We will introduce you to fun and abstract ways to explore new paths to Nature-Spirit energy connections and guide you as you explore.
We journey in solitude in the day, surrounded only by nature sounds. At night we journey together beneath the stars, with the fire to guide us. In-between, we eat and laugh and share stories together.
This Immersive Source Connection retreat offers you a chance to continue your journey of experiencing deeper connections to Nature-Spirit, using the practices covered in previous workshops.
In the introduction workshops you will have explored innovative and abstract ways to break free of limited Earthbound Human perceptions. You will possibly have opened new pathways to Nature-Spirit energy connections and have experienced a collapsing of the duality of our human-nature engagement.
Once again you will be offered a safe space here to expand on these connections.
Shamans function as story-tellers, as well as healers and divinators. In our modern traditions, the wisdoms that naturally flow through the feminine energies have been subverted and the voices of the elder women have been muted and mostly silenced.
Our Flight of the Crone retreats open a space for us, as women and as Shamanic elders, to access these Source wisdoms. We journey as a group, re-creating the stories that we have carried silently within us through the eons, giving voice once more to ancient feminine wisdoms.
We are all connected to Nature in our own unique way. We feel the connection in familiar moments; as peace in the morning stillness of the sunrise, or wonder as we witness a beautiful sunset. This is just one level of experiencing Nature's energies. We will introduce you to the practices of Synaesthesia Transcendualism, Passive Vibrational Energy Awareness and Vibrational Energy Empathy . These are really just abstract phrases to describe a few abstract but fun approaches to connecting with Nature's energies in new ways.

We offer a short 2-day introduction workshop as well as a longer immersive 4-day option. If you opt for the 2-day workshop and wish to return for the immersive option we offer discounted rates.
Once you have joined us and opened the door to new Nature connection experiences, you have the option to return as often as you wish for quiet re-immersion retreats. These retreats are offered to you as stand-alone re-immersion experiences or as packages, both at a discounted rate.

A bit about me...
I'm a woman in my 60s. I love to venture out into nature and just see what wonders appear. I've drifted around South Africa on my own on several occasions, solo camping in remote spots, for months at a time. I'm African at heart but Peru is my second Soul home, where I've hiked the Inca Trail and cycled from high in the Andes Mountains down to the Amazon River, camping deep in the jungle along the way. Nature is where I find my joy. When I settle it's always in the mountains, in the bush or at the ocean.
I've studied science - I'm a qualified analytical chemist.
I've studied mysticism - I have my honours degree in Religious Studies.
But, it's been those times spent in Nature that have brought me closer to understanding my connection to Source energy. It's been a deeply meaningful, non-intellectual experience, where the knowing is a feeling, experienced at a heart level.
As a Shamanic story-teller, I channel when asked by Source to do so. I don't always understand what I'm asked to record but I understand that it's not always meant for me. It may be for just one person who is in a space to take the wisdom and do their own specific alchemy with it. So I put it out there and trust that whoever is meant to receive it will find it and read it and use it.
It's in this same spirit that I've committed to opening these Shamanic Dreamtime retreats. I trust that if you will benefit from these retreats you will find this and journey with us. The space will be protected. I will facilitate. But Nature and Source Energy will be your guide and open the experiences that your soul has asked for.
